Pulkov-II is the first exoplanet to be colonised by URSA. This planet is characterised as an oceanic planet with a breathable atmosphere, highly volatile climate, strong winds and aggressive terrain. Outpost 0254-49, located on Zenit Island, is remote even within the framework of the planet Pulkov-II. Zenit Island lacks any civilian infrastructure. Released March twenty fourth, 2025.
