I reached out for support, sent emails, retook the questionnaire, and tried every available option; however, I was unable to restore the game’s age rating to 5+. -> To ensure the game remains accessible to everyone, I must transfer it to a new place. -> Gamepasses will transfer. -> Player data will not transfer, as the current data system was not designed to support that type of migration. -> If I'm being honest, restarting everyone is a good thing because now I can balance things and create content that's reasonable for both low and high-level players. I have a team working with me to help ensure this game comes out with enough content, isn't too hard, and has plenty of things to do.
