You must earn a certain amount of points in the training in order to be promoted, which are as follows: EST = Eastern Standard Time BST = British Summer Time Trainee - Junior Chef: 3 Junior Chief - Experienced Chef: 4 Experienced Chef - Kitchen Leader: 5 Kichen Leader - Professional: 5 To become a Helper you must apply, applications come out every few weeks & are announced via our communications server!
